This website, VisionPlans.com, is owned and operated by Superior Vision Services, Inc. and its affiliates (“Superior Vision”). Any activity on this site is subject to monitoring by Superior Vision. No materials from any website owned, operated or controlled by Superior Vision may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, without the prior written consent of Superior Vision. Modification of the Superior Vision website or use of any materials on the website without Superior Vision’s consent is a violation of Superior Vision’s proprietary rights. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Superior Vision be liable for any direct, indirect, or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Superior Vision website. You specifically acknowledge and agree that Superior Vision is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are not satisfied with this website or Superior Vision’s Website Privacy Policy, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the website.

Your eligibility date

Members are eligible to use their vision benefit the first day of the month following payment, if payment is made three days prior to the end of the current month. If payment is received after the three day cut off, members are eligible to use their vision benefit the first day of the second month following payment. Below is an example using the month of August, which has 31 days. If you sign-up and pay for your vision plan by August 28 (before the 3 day cut off), you can use your vision benefit starting September 1. If you sign-up and pay for your plan on August 29, 30 or 31 (after the 3 day cut off), you can use your vision benefit starting October 1.

Your billing date

You will be charged for the first month immediately upon signing up for your vision plan. You will then be billed on a monthly basis for the remainder of the annual benefit term. The second payment and all subsequent payments will be collected on or near the 20th of each month*. Your vision plan will automatically renew each year—there is no need to re-enroll each year. *If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, your payment can take up to three additional days to post to your account. If you choose to pay by ACH, your payment can take five to 10 additional days to post to your account.

Superior Vision is respectful of the privacy concerns of visitors to its website, and the privacy of your information is important to us.

Information we collect and how we use information

We only collect personal information required to conduct the transactions performed on this site (registration for an online account, providing you information regarding vision plans, enrolling you in a vision plan, providing you with vision plan information, etc.) and the normal operations relating to these transactions. Such information is collected through secure, encrypted transmissions. Sensitive information is stored in an encrypted manner. We do not sell or market any of your information to third parties, and we will only share your information with third parties to the extent necessary to administer your vision plan.

Your email address

We may collect your email address to register you for an online account and contact you with information about your plan, and you consent to receive plan information via email at the email address you provide if permitted by applicable law. If you are a potential customer, we may collect your email address to contact you about potential products and services.

Website security

Superior Vision’s website is protected from unauthorized access by a secure firewall and security infrastructure. During transmission, your privacy is protected by Secure Socket Layer 128 bit encrypting software. When the information is received, we employ extensive physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to maintain the security of your information. Superior Vision also conducts periodic reviews of its web security to ensure that our electronic security safeguards remain up-to-date and effective.
